It is the Mission of the Florida Chapter of NAPNAP to promote the professional development of the pediatric nurse practitioner and advocate for the health and wellness of Florida’s children.

Florida Chapter NAPNAP May 2009 Newsletter
Well, the time has come for us, once again, to wrap up another great year for our Chapter. There are many exciting, new things to come for our Chapter in the upcoming fiscal year. Our New Year begins July 1, 2009. As you all hopefully know by now, the most significant change will be our “unification” with NAPNAP (the national organization). It is very important that all members understand that this is taking place so that you remain properly informed about the new application process and the costs of membership. To put it simply, you will no longer be able to be a “Chapter only member”. If you wish to be part of NAPNAP, you will automatically be part of national NAPNAP and able to choose a local Chapter at that time. There are two Chapters located in our State: 1- Florida Chapter (our chapter) and 2- The Gulf Coast Chapter (located in Tampa/St. Pete area).
