CNA and CSAPN oppose Senate Bill 10-170

Please contact your state senators and ask them to oppose the bill.  Indicate that you are their constituent or that you serve patients in their district.  Please read the talking points that are attached to this announcement.  Remember even though you may not work in retail clinics this bill is an attempt to chip away at the independent practice of advance practice nurses.  We know our scopes of practice, the community standards of care and have the best interest of our patients in mind.  We do not need super regulation or superfluous regulation just by the location of our practice.  Which health care setting is next?
