Notice from CNA Governmental Affairs Committee

The Board Of Nursing will hold the rules making public hearing for the new and improved Nurse Practice Act Wednesday 1/27/10 1:00 PM at 1560 Broadway Suite 1250 C. 

CNA Director Fran Ricker will testify to advocate for appropriate language in the rules to align with the intent of the law.  She will be speaking to the rules about prescriptive authority and the articulated plan.
