Ample private parking.

Scandanavian décor with possibility of having your name on high
visability street sign on Kipling as well as on suite door.  As you'll
be there when I'm at my other office, it offers a very quiet and
relaxing atmosphere, with only three suites on our floor.

Available 24 hours Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with Friday
afternoons by special arrangement.

Prescribing privileges would involve significant referrals from me
with right expertise!

$200 to $250/month depending on how we arranged the lease; one month
deposit and minimum of 6 month lease required.
