Members Donni Alvarenga and Angie Ritten presented Lifestyle Recommendations: Creating a Bridge from Guidelines to Practice at our January member meeting.
They will be continue the conversation with members and guests with a virtual "chatter" sessions TONIGHT! The informal sessions will assist you to implement referral to a health coach in your practice, which will improve patient outcomes and your bottom line!
