Position Description

Hope Clinic of Garland, Inc., is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This is a days-only position working in clinic Monday through Friday, full-time.

Details of the Position: 

  • Full-time salary: $100K Annually/Access to group-based health, dental insurance plan.
  • Excellent additional benefits including PTO paid holidays and a 403B retirement plan.
  • Coverage of continuous training.
  • Primary care experience is preferred.

Facility Information:  From its inception, Hope Clinic of Garland, Inc. has been true to its mission statement:  to reflect Christ’s love to the Underserved population in Garland by providing primary health care services, spiritual support and assistance in identifying community resources.  Established in 2002, Hope Clinic is located at 800 South Sixth St., Suite 100, Garland, Texas  75040, and is a two-story medical facility that provides comprehensive, primary healthcare services and urgent care services to approximately 1,200 individuals, resulting in 7,500 patient encounters on an annual basis.  Hope Clinic provides primary care, urgent care, chronic health management, medication assistance, specialist referrals, spiritual counseling, and access to basic needs resources.  Led by Hope Clinic’s volunteer medical director, a medical team of day/night physicians, medical assistants, nurses, and clinical support, delivery of a holistic approach to patient care occurs, provided free-of-charge to Garland residents.  Key partnerships exist with Health Texas Provider Network, Baylor Scott White, and Parkland Health, among others.

The City of Garland offers meaningful programs and services that help organize, strengthen and rejuvenate these unique communities where people work, live and recreate.  The Arts have played a vital role in the enhancement of the quality of life in Garland.  With the completion of the Garland Center for the Performing Arts in June of 1982, the City of Garland began a trend among Texas suburbs to build local facilities where the arts would flourish. The Center houses two elegant proscenium theatres with seating for 720 and 200. These theatres can accommodate everything from Broadway touring shows to symphony concerts. The Granville Arts Complex attracts over 170,000 patrons per year with two-thirds of the patrons coming from outside the Garland area.
