We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team! Our practice serves employees of city and county offices, along with their dependents. Practice Setting:

• 2-person staffing model: 1 provider and 1 LPN/PRN/RN as needed, with onsite LPN handling rooming, phones, and administrative support
• Average visits are less than 10 per day
  • Charting: Athena

Scheduling:

• Coverage needed ASAC
  • 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday thru Friday
  • No call

Case Mix:

• Primary Care and DOT/OCC cases
• Procedures include pre-employment drug testing/physicals and ERT firefighter physicals, focusing primarily on primary care services; DOT/OCC certification preferred but not currently mandatory
