Opportunity: NP/PA - Spine Program

This is an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician to join a growing Spine Program, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team from PM&R, Neurosurgery, Chiropractic, PT/OT, and Pain Medicine clinics.

Job Details:

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with Monday-Friday schedule between 8am-5pm
• 36 patient contact hours per week, seeing approximately 14-18 adult outpatients daily
• Lead change in providing best practices in spine care
• Participate in the development of the spine care program
• Provide initial intake assessments and care coordination
• Collaborate continuously with spine nurse navigator and other team members
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention
• Musculoskeletal interest and training preferred
• Experience with management of back pain and opioid titration
• Strong communication and leadership skills required
• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses and quality incentives.
