ThedaCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Perioperative Services Team at ThedaCare Medical Center- Berlin, Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in Appleton and ThedaCare Regional Medical Center- Neenah.

Position Details:

Flexible FTE (full-time 0.75-1.0)

One day a week in Berlin and the rest of the days split between OSP and TCN

Unique position to care for surgical patients in the inpatient setting while also cross training into an outpatient clinic for preoperative risk stratifications and evaluations. Role will directly influence quality outcomes of surgical patients including postoperative outcomes, same day surgery cancellations, care coordination, readmission prevention and system mortality index.
