This facility features a state-of-the-art Endoscopy suite with innovative programs designed to enhance patient access and treatment options. The GI department continuously incorporates new and innovative programs to improve gastroenterological treatment options, including various clinic-based procedures such as esophageal manometry and liver fibroscans.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Gastroenterology

Job Details:
• Full-Time Opportunity (0.8 - 1.0 FTE status) • Consistent clinic schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm • Engage with 7-12 outpatients per day, providing consults and follow-ups • Occasional inpatient call coverage for consults and follow-ups, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm • Work alongside 2 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians in a collaborative, team-based environment • Provide healthcare to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • Care for patients ranging in age from 18 to elderly • Previous gastroenterology experience/knowledge required • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant from an accredited program • Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate state (if NP) • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in appropriate state • Current certification in CPR • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
