Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, manage acute/chronic conditions, and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide care through in-office visits, home visits, and telemedicine.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, medications, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate documentation using our AI-supported EMR system.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Virginia NP license (ability to obtain DC/MD licensure is a plus).
• Board-certified FNP, AGNP, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred (internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics ideal).
• Strong communication and bedside manner — calm, compassionate, and confident.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• CPR/BLS certified.

*Experience in concierge or home-based medicine is a major plus. *

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000–$130,000 (based on experience)
