Duties

• Conduct client assessments and physical evaluations.
• Oversee Master of Social Workers and collaborate on care delivery.
• Supervise other Nurse Practitioners and provide guidance.
• Create and sign off on individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medication by prescribing and monitoring prescriptions.
• Conduct regular medication management sessions.
