If a CRNP took the original 12-hour course in 2013, then the CRNP must   obtain the 4-hour update before they renew their QACSC/LPSP. This needs to be done by 12/31/15. If they do not renew for the year 2016, then the QACSC is "Inactive/ Failed to Renew".

If you were unable to attend one of the 4 hour sessions that were recently offered in Birmingham and Huntsville, but need to renew your QACSC/LPSP in 2015 please contact Amy Wybenga or Pat Ward at the Alabama Board of Medicine immediately to discuss options for renewal.
