NETNPA is pleased to announce that Summer Rae Culbert has been selected as the recipient of the Spring 2016 NETNPA Scholarship.

Summer is a DNP Acute-Care Nurse Practitioner student at University of Tennessee and a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit nurse.
