You are invited to participate in a research study under the direction of Mary Jo Cerepani, MSN, CRNP, Doctoral Student of Waynesburg University.

The purpose of this study is to educate nurse practitioners on safe prescribing practices in Pennsylvania and to examine the nurse practitioners prescribing practice..

If you choose to take part in this study, please provide an email address and phone number. After completion of the survey, you will receive a powerpoint presentation with an evaluation on "Safe Practices for Prescribing by Nurse Practitioners". A second survey will be sent to you in one month,. When the second survey has been completed a certificate will be sent to you with one hour of pharmacology for your participation.
