Dear Colleague,

Our legislation H. 1996/S. 1207 MUST be released from the Joint Committee on Public Health by March 16, 2016.

If our bill is not released or given an extension by this date, it will die in committee.

Our members and legislative leadership team have worked incredibly hard to advance this legislation.

While we truly believe that NOW is the time if we are to ever get this passed, make no mistake that our opposition is working equally hard to kill our bill.
