As health care providers, we are constantly interacting with others as we participate in patient care. The process of interaction always involves a behavioral response from both the patient and the provider and in our work, we are sometimes challenged by those with behaviors that present obstacles for us to provide optimal care. The purpose of this conference is to provide the health care professional with a different perspective of managing behavioral challenges.
