HB 423 (ARNP DEA-controlled substance) has been amended by the Senate, returned to the house, amended by the house and as of today sent back to senate for a vote this afternoon! In order to be voted on Senate President Andy Gardiner must call it to the floor. TODAY is the last day of the 2016 session. It is now or never!
Our state leaders are asking for ALL NPs and PHYSICIAN supporters to call or email Andy Gardiner's office NOW to request that the Senate approve HB 423 AS IS!
