Results of voting at the annual MCNP meeting:  Annapolis has been added as a new district of MCNP with Elaine Crain as the director.  Exact wording of the position for Elaine is not set - so if the Annapolis group would prefer a different name, that is not a problem. We welcome the Annapolis area to MCNP!
