Conscious that there's health hazards without running water, Sandbranch is located in Dallas County, just 15 miles south of Dallas. The people of Sandbranch are praying that elected officials will finally grant them a basic human need: access to clean running water. "You have hygiene issues, you have quality of life issues," said Commissioner Elba Garcia.
