This occasion will include a reception, seated dinner, and a keynote address by Dr. Thomas McLellan, former Deputy Director of the ONDCP and co-founder of the Treatment Research Institute. Dr. McLellan will focus on the prevention substance use and mental health disorders with a focus on community implementation. Andrew Romanoff, President and CEO of Mental Health Colorado will serve as master of ceremonies.
