Happy New Year! I had planned to wish you all in person. We are having difficulties with the planned programs. The representatives /sponsors are having problems obtaining funds. It seems the regulations have changed for 2013. The program for February which was scheduled months ago is now in question, due to lack of funding. I am hopeful that we can work this out quickly..
