MAIL-IN REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR THE 2016 FALL INSTITUTE!

Registrations for the Fall Institute went out in the mail on Saturday, July 9th - check your mail to make sure you got one.  The new website is not yet up and running, but see attachment to print your registration and either mail it or fax it.  An update will be posted when online registration is available, hopefully in the next day or two.  Be sure to make your room reservation by August 17th to be guaranteed a room!  The Village Hotel, 535 South Park Ave., Breckenridge, CO 80424.  Reservations: 1-800-800-7829 and mention Group Code:  BC0SP6 for the discounted rate.

If you use the registration form you got in the mail, fax your registration to 888-692-9168, please include your credit card info on the form, as a space was not provided:  credit card number, expiration date, 3-digit CVV code, billing zip code.
