H.25 Health care professional transparency -

This bill, which is being introduced by Representative Tony Klein from Montpelier,  proposes to require health care professionals to identify their title and license, certification, or registration type in advertisements, handouts, and identification tags.  The VNPA is planning on supporting this bill with some minor edits in language.  Please read and submit any comments or concerns regarding this proposed legislation.
