This Four Hour “Bootcamp” Workshop Will Offer You the Following Opportunities:

1. Become familiar with navigating through your State Capitol
2. Watch and participate in role plays from Senate/House staff on how a bill becomes law & legislator-constituent interaction at the Capitol
3. Hear from key State Leaders on the operations of the Senate and House 
4. Learn how our state budget is developed via a chat with the House Budget & Research Director    
5. Become familiar with the State Website and how to monitor the 2017 General Assembly
6. Meet personally with several key legislators
