Hello CFANPC member!

The 2017 Legislative Session is fast approaching! The committees in Tally are already underway! There have been 333 bills filed already! The CFANPC Legislative committee is closely watching 11 of them closely! We also expect more to be filed in coming weeks!

REMEMBER the only way to advance our practice and authority in FLORIDA is through legislative change. We remain a RED state as designated by the AANP due to legal restrictions and political "red tape". As always, our goal is to GO GREEN! Don't forget to use #FPA (Full Practice Authority) when supporting NP issues in FL!

Attached is a summary of the 11 bills filed so far that have potential to affect APN practice in the sunshine state. There will be review and open discussion at Thursday's membership meeting! We look forward to seeing you all! There is still room to RSVP!
