For those of you that made the meeting last Wednesday, thank you for attending and looking forward to more successful meetings!  For those that were not able to make the meeting I wanted to share with you what our mission is for the next two years. Of course, membership is on the forefront. Without members we wouldn't exist. Three of your board members are working deligently on the current member list and inactive member lists. 

The next most important factor is communication. I am hoping that everyone is finding this new website to be informative, interesting and user friendly. I will continue to use the email data base in addition to the website.  It is my goal and the mutual goal of other members to be active in our community. If there are charties that are close to your heart, let us know how CANP can get involved. Call your kids schools, call schools in your community, ask them if you can come speak to one of there classes on a health topic. I haven't been turned down yet! Hope to you more of you at the next meeting! Don't forget it's stroke awareness month!
