Have you experienced the death of someone close to you? If this loss was longer than one month ago, I would like to invite you to participate in a research study being conducted as a part of my doctoral program at MGH Institute of Health Professions, Boston MA. The study focuses on the experiences of loved ones, especially when making end-of-life decisions. This anonymous research survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
