Nurse Practitioners:
LAGAP (Louisiana Assessment of Generalist Awareness of PrEP) research team needs your help! We are conducting research on HIV prevention and sexual history taking in the state of Louisiana. By filling out this 15 minute survey, we will be able to better target more resources across the state of Louisiana to help providers like yourselves care for patients.
Those who complete the survey will be able to enter a drawing for one of 5 gift certificates worth $250 to a restaurant of their choice.
