Greetings,

I am a third year medical student at The University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, Kansas. I am working with the Department of Allergy and Immunology on a research project regarding complementary food introduction in infants. For this project, we would like to send out an online survey to nurse practitioners, pediatricians and family medicine physicians about food introduction practices in infancy. We may also send out a paper version of the survey for those who prefer a paper version over the online survey. We anticipate to have IRB approval for our survey.

I was wondering what the process is for sending out surveys to your organization’s members. Would it be possible to have our survey distributed to your members?
