All Members are invited to submit a nomination of a deserving Louisiana Nurse Practitioner for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. We have many who are worthy of this recognition. We ask you to help us honor those NPs who are leading the way!

Please compete the attached form and return to secretary@lanp.org by Monday, July 10, 2017.

We are also accepting nominations from Deans, Faculty Members, Preceptors and Colleagues for the LANP Student of the Year. This nomination form is attached above.

Lastly, Nurse Practitioner students who are members of LANP may also apply for the Edna Treuting Scholarship. This scholarship is in the amount of $500. LANP is pleased to be able to offer this scholarship to a deserving graduate student each year.

You'll need to move quickly! The deadline for submission of nominations/applications for all three awards is Monday, July 10, 2017. All awards will be presented at our LANP 23rd Annual Primary Care Conference in New Orleans.
