The Minnesota House unanimously passed SF 1844 and it is now headed to Governor Dayton for his signature.  This bill targets specific MN Statutes and adds the phrase “... or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Physician Assistant” after the word physician according to the MN APRN Coalition.  This will allow APRNs to sign many forms needed for the care of their patients that currently require a physician's signature.
