SB 207 has passed & was signed by Govenor. It increases crisis behavioral health services across Colorado to prevent patients from being held in jails. It also added Psych APNs to be able to drop 72 hr Mental Health Holds. $7,086,280 additional funds allocated from the marijiana tax cash fund to increase these services.
