On Friday, June 23, 2017, Governor Scott  signed signed into law HB543. This bill contains language that changes our protocol requirements!

Effective immediately ARNPs in Florida will no longer have to file their protocol with the Board of Nursing!  A signed copy on site will be required.

Look for an update from the Board of Nursing soon  with more details.
