You are invited to participate in a short, 10-minute survey on, “The History, Attitudes, and Barriers of Primary Care Providers Practicing in the Northeast in Referring Patients to Registered Dietitian Nutritionists for Chronic Diseases”. This research aims to build a foundation to support a system of integrative health care in an out-patient setting and has been approved by Marywood University’s Exempt Review Committee.
