NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

MARTIN PARISH SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTER

JOB GOAL: To independently provide primary and preventative health care to students enrolled in the school-based health center.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant with the State Board of Medical Examiners in the state of Louisiana.
• Maintain Prescriptive Authority.
• Experience providing comprehensive primary and preventative health care, with children and adolescents, preferred.
