Each volunteer is required to sign the Volunteer Guidelines Agreement and accept responsibility for the actions of themselves representing their company. No one under 21 years of age is allowed to volunteer or accompany a volunteer at Saranac Thursdays or at a Saranac Concert Series event. A valid photo ID is required of all volunteers at the check-in table.

Please print out the attached form and bring it with you on the day of the event. This is part of the United Way Fundraising event and an opportunity to discuss NP practice with a large group of professionals and community members that attend this well known event.
