Save a Life! Learn to Manage Opioid Misuse!

Confluence Health and PCSS-MAT welcome you to a Buprenorphine Course March 15, 2018

Location: Central Washington Hospital

                     1201 South Miller St.

                  Wenatchee, WA 98801

                     Conference Room F and G

Time:     08:00 AM to 12:15 noon

Target Audience: physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who wish to become waivered to prescribe buprenorphine for the treatment of opioid use disorder. Clinic staff are welcome as space permits.

Format: This in-person (Half and Half) course serves as the first 4 hours of training to be waivered for buprenorphine. Attendees will be given the website after the in-person course to complete the second on-line portion of the training. Physicians complete a total of 8 hours of training and ARNP and PA-C complete a total of 24 hours of training (4 hours in-person 20 on-line). After completing training attendees will be directed to complete a Notification of Intent on-line to request authorization to prescribe.

Number of Attendees: Space is limited so register now. A second course in Spokane and attendees will be offered enrollment in that course.
