HB 1337 passed unanimously today out of the House Health & Human Services Health Committee and is headed to the House Floor. This bill will bring Florida  Advanced Practice Nurses in closer alignment with the National Council of State Boards of Nuring  Consensus Model by changing our title from Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and adding Clinical Nurse Specialists to the APRN role as well as clarifying certification.
