The headline, which reads “If Rural Texans Want Decent Health Care, They Should Mosey to New Hampshire” caught my attention for obvious reasons. According to a report from Texas Tech’s Institute for Rural and Community Health, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Connecticut get top marks for access to rural doctors and a low uninsured rate.
