The Executive Committee of the Coastal Bend Advanced Practice Nurses professional organization has recommended changes to the group's bylaws.  The changes are shown in red in the attached document.

This notice is sent to you as a member of the organization in anticipation of a scheduled vote for bylaw changes according to the group's constitution:

"Article III.      Amendments

             This constitution may be amended by:

A two-thirds majority of the votes received by mail from members of the association provided a copy of the proposed changes have been mailed/e-mailed to each member at least four weeks prior to the date set for the return of ballots."
