Hello collegues,  As discussed at the July Business meeting, BANPA will be a sponsor for the Sigma Theta Tau Region 8 Conference in Mobile September 28-29.  After discussion, the Executive Committee has decided to provide a $1000.00 sponsorship, which will get our name in the program and list us as a meal sponsor.  We would also like to provide the $250.00 for a sponsor table.  If there is no opposition to this proposal, we will be purchasing promotional materials to include a new banner, rack cards with BANPA information, and pens with our logo to give out.  

Active members, please review the above proposal and submit a protest/no protest vote no later than Monday August 6th.  You may either comment to the announcement or email me directly at jennifermiller@southalabama.edu.  

This will be great exposure for our organization.  Thank you for your consideration.
