Donna Hallas, PhD, PNP-BC, CPNP has been chosen as the 2010 Nurse Practitioner of the Year. Dr. Hallas is a Clinical Associate Professor at New York University College of Nursing. She is a well respected scholar, clinician and educator. NPALI is proud to have her as a member.
