Governor Paterson has created a 37 member Health Care Advisory Committee but Nurse Practitioners are NOT included as members! Tell the Governor and his Counsel that NPs need to be part of this discussion and NPs need to be heard for our unique perspective on patient care. Not having NPs represented on the committee is WRONG! Don't be ignored. Let the Governor know adding NP representation on his Advisory Committee is important to you and your profession. YOUR ACTION IS NEEDED NOW and will take just a few moments of your time. you may access this Action alert from the NPA home page at www.thenpa.org or simply Click here. Once you have taken action, please ask your colleagues to support our efforts as well by forwarding this email to them. Thank you!
