Starting in the fall/winter of 2019, I am looking for a provider, MD, PA, or NP to work in my clinic so I can take a sabbatical. I would like to take a few weeks off in September, but mostly be gone December and January.

I have a solo family practice on the west side of Olympia. This position would be part time. Hours are flexible. It can be 3 half days a week or 2 full days a week. 

As retirement is looming in the future, I am willing to start a practice share and eventually hand the practice over.
