Chronic Migraine Patient Education Program
Hello NP Friends! I am currently recruiting subjects for my DNP project, which is focused on self-management for Chronic Migraine.
Please find my project flyer attached. The basics are: patients will have an initial visit, then a follow-up 8 weeks later. They will receive education and guidance on lifestyle behaviors for migraine management. They do not have to stop any medicines, and they can start any new medicine if needed in addition to the self-management program. All participants will receive a $20 thank you at the end of their participation, and they will have access to a website with all the videos and resources. All the initial visits need to be completed by the end of February, so I appreciate your assistance in sharing this project with your migraine patients.
