A call for an interview
Washington, DC
A graduate journalism student ( Sommer Brugal) working at The Washington Post, is working on a story related to health care support workers and the current opioid epidemic.
Ideally, she'd like to speak with a nurse practitioner who has been injured on the job and subsequently been prescribed an opioid for said injury, or someone who has seen/experienced injury second hand (co-workers, friends, etc.). She's also happy to speak with someone who has worked with nurse practitioners dealing with the epidemic.
This person should be willing to speak on the record about their experiences, as it could be published in the paper and/or online.
Please feel free to email/call at your convenience.
Kindly,
Sommer Brugal
