While all aspects of the HCA decision restricting ARNP orders for Medicaid patients have not been amended, some items have been determined to fall within pharmacy benefits, including respiratory and diabetic supplies. Further clarification includes equipment for sleep disorders as respiratory equipment. Use the attached letter to communicate with employers and vendors who may have questions.
