Hello, My name is Kristen and I am a Peds Ortho PA in Hawaii. My group is looking to justify hiring a second PA and my attending is asking for research articles showing the statistical benefit of having a PA in the practics (ex. how many additional patients are seen or cost benefit). I can't seem to find any articles in my own research and was wondering if this society had any additional information I might be able to pass along.
