It is time to nominate a deserving colleague for the annual CRMC Nurse of Excellence award!  

Purpose -- To recognize an individual who demonstrates outstanding achievement in an Advanced Practice Nursing position.

Criteria

1. Member of the Tallahassee Area Council of Advanced Practice Nurses (CAPN) for a minimum of two years.

1. Participates in meetings and functions of CAPN.
2. Is currently employed in an Advanced Practice Nursing role in the State of Florida.
3. Demonstrates excellence in the specialty of Advanced Practice Nursing through advocacy, innovation and practice.

 A nomination form and a list of previous award recipients has been attached.
